I love this app! I loved it in my previous review, but had experienced a problem with it that left me highly disappointed and searching for new apps (which I tried and nothing compared to this; even remotely!). After I posted my less than happy review, the developers emailed me, and stayed in contact with me personally until my issues were resolved. They went to great extent to help one lone user, and to me, that demonstrates tremendous customer service and commitment to their app. Mine is working fine, and has been for 26 days. I am a happy user once again!

I liked this app very much, but like most of the other bad reviews listed here,
I had perfect function of the app until the recent update. I am experiencing the same issues as others, it freezes on my phone and then just goes to my home screen. Ive looked at other reminders and assume Ill have to look for another one of this isnt resolved soon. I think tech support is trying to help,
as theyve been very responsive to my emails.
